Designed, developed, coordinated, and administered training and professional development programs for roughly 1,500 employees, including faculty, staff and management. Lead, organized, directed, and coordinated Distance and Online Education needs for approximately 20,000 students and 800 full and part-time faculty. Performed associated management duties such as budget keeping, staff supervision, committee participation and chairships, program evaluation, and faculty evaluation.
