Designed, developed, coordinated, and administered training and professional development programs for roughly 1,500 employees, including faculty, staff and management. Lead, organized, directed, and coordinated Distance and Online Education needs for approximately 20,000 students and 800 full and part-time faculty. Performed associated management duties such as budget keeping, staff supervision, committee participation and chairships, program evaluation, and faculty evaluation.

Coordinated web and database development and coordinated instructional development; supervised a minimum staff of 8 professional employees and 2-3 student workers; provided technical support to faculty in the design and development of instructional    materials utilizing current and emerging educational technologies; consulted with faculty on integrating electronic information resources into courses, including creating guides, tutorials, and reference lists; encouraged and supported the development of faculty projects which use multimedia and information technology to support instruction and research; designed, coordinated, and presented in-service programs and reoccurring technology workshops for faculty; and assisted faculty in distance education including web-based and interactive technologies; worked closely with faculty to identify, evaluate, and recommend instructional resources, professional development activities, and information technology software and hardware based on user-defined needs.
